Five services. One agency stack.
Built to win instructions.

The first agent to reply to a vendor inquiry is 21× more likely to convert. Average UK agent takes 47 hours. We pull our five core services into one stack that gets your reply out in five minutes, automatically.

It's a speed game now

Vendors get a valuation request reply from three agencies. The first one almost always wins.

"Their reply landed first"

Their automated valuation came back inside 60 seconds with comparable streets and a recent sold price. Yours arrived the next morning, generic, after the vendor had already booked someone else.

"They followed up six times. You followed up once."

The average UK agent makes 1.3 follow-up attempts on a vendor lead. Top performers do 6 or more. Most instructions are won between attempts 4 and 6, long after most agencies have given up.

"Their stack is connected. Yours isn't."

Foxtons, Connells and Purplebricks all built tech departments. Your inbox, CRM, website forms and chase emails all live in different boxes, and the data never quite lines up.

How a vendor lead flows through the stack

Eight steps. From the visitor landing on your website to a viewing in the diary, with no manual handover between systems.

1

Visitor lands on website

Local SEO and area pages bring vendors and landlords to your site directly, not through a portal.

2

Submits valuation request

The instant valuation tool captures address, contact details and property type in under 30 seconds.

3

AI triage tags & scores it

Inquiry type, urgency and property match are tagged automatically. Hot leads jump the queue.

4

Lands in Reapit + agent's inbox

Two-way sync writes the lead into your CRM and notifies the assigned negotiator in one move.

5

AI drafts reply with comparable streets

A pre-written reply lands as a draft in the agent's mailbox, with comparable sold prices ready to go.

6

Agent edits + sends (5 min)

Five minutes of human polish, then send. The agent stays in the loop, the speed stays automated.

7

Chase sequence runs Day 0/2/5/14

If the vendor goes quiet, the next four touches go automatically from the agent's own mailbox.

8

Vendor books a viewing

The booking lands on the agent's calendar, the chase stops, the lead status updates in the CRM.

Northbrick — our flagship estate-agency demo

To prove every piece of this works end to end, we built Northbrick, a working estate-agency website with the full stack wired up. Public listings, instant valuation tool, AI-triaged enquiry inbox, four-stage chase sequence, viewing booking against a real calendar, and an admin dashboard the agent uses to see the whole pipeline at a glance.

Underneath, the stack is the same custom-built engine we deploy for clients. The site itself is a static frontend served from edge CDN. Forms post to a Supabase backend with role-based access. AI triage runs through Anthropic Claude classifying each inbound by intent, urgency and matching property. Replies and chase sequences send from the agent's own Gmail or Outlook through Make.com so the email looks personal, not bulk. Every lead, viewing and reply is logged to a Postgres database with full audit trail.

The result is a demo we can walk an agency owner through in 20 minutes. They see the inbox triage in real time, watch a chase sequence fire, and see the dashboard the agent would actually use. It maps one-to-one to what we'd ship for them.

Frequently asked questions

We already have Reapit, Alto or Jupix. Does this replace it?+

No. Your CRM stays the system of record. We bridge to it. Website forms, inbox triage, chase sequences and the agent dashboard all sync two-way with Reapit, Alto or Jupix so negotiators stop copy-pasting between four screens.

Will this replace Rightmove?+

No. It makes you depend on it less. Your own site captures direct vendor leads with instant valuations and area pages, so you build a pipeline that doesn't pay portal fees on every instruction.

Is this too expensive for a small agency?+

Our standard tier is around £500/month. One extra instruction every two months covers it. Most agencies break even inside the first quarter on the chase sequence alone.

Our team won't use another tool.+

They don't have to. The chase sequence runs from the agent's own Gmail or Outlook inbox automatically. Triage and replies show up where the team already works. There is no new app to learn.

We have a website already. Do we need a new one?+

Not necessarily. We can layer the valuation tool, AI triage and chase sequences on top of your existing site. If the current site is dragging on local SEO or conversions we will say so, but a rebuild is not always required.

How long until we go live?+

Starter tier ships in around 2 weeks. Standard takes 4 weeks. Full Stack with website rebuild and CRM integration is 6 to 8 weeks.
